Description
This painting was originally sold with an accompanying certificate from the Stuart Art centre with a hand drawn annotated diagram. The diagram suggests that the central roundel represents a cave at Mount Leibig, where the spirit of the wind resides and the markings in the upper right hand side of the work show the wind after swirling in all directions settles down and blows strongly to the North West.
